Embroidery really helps her to look after her mental health, and she loves that she gets to share this journey with others and help them to relax and spend some time creating with her kits too. Each kit includes everything needed to create the project, making them perfect for beginners through to more experienced embroiderers.

I hope you love your items, but just in case... We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will need to provide the email confirmation or proof of purchase. 1. If your item was damaged upon arrival, you will receive a full refund/exchange & will be sent a pre-paid shipping label to return the items. 2. If there are no problems with the items, but you would like to return them, the items must be sent back in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in its original packaging. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the items to be returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Exceptions / non-returnable items Please note that personalised & custom orders cannot be returned, unless they arrived in a damaged state. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, I will send out the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
