Sunset Reduction Lino Print Stepper Point in Cornwall, Mounted and Frame, White Acrylic Frame, Ideal Christmas Gift

This reduction lino print depicts a beautiful sunset, looking out towards Stepper Point from Trebetherick, near Polzeath and Rock in Cornwall.

After printing each layer, more is carved away from the lino block, meaning that a reduction print can never be duplicated. This print consists of 7 layers of ink, built up gradually over the course of several weeks.

This print is mounted in an ivory mount, and then framed in a 6x8 inch white acrylic frame. The frame is light and durable, and has the option of being displayed either as a freestanding print, or by being hung on the wall.

This print will make a lovely gift for any nature lover, and the neutral frame means that it will suit any décor style.

•Print size: 10x15cm
•Frame Size: 235x171mm, depth 35mm
•Paper: HoSho Japanese Paper
•Ink: Cranfield Caligo Safewash in various colours

I design each print by hand in my little garden studio. The designs are transferred to lino, carved, and then individually hand-printed. This print is a reduction print, meaning that the design can never be printed again, as the lino is carved away between layers.Due to this process, each print may contain some slight variations, meaning yours will never look exactly the same as anyone else’s!
